Many athletes and strongman competitor's use this technique on a regular basis to improve overall performance and body composition. This technique will able you to add inches on your forearms in as little as a few weeks.

Either if you train at home or at the gym, you can apply this technique on so many exercises and equipment. All you need to bring is a towel, believe it or not. The size of the towel is up to you, but the bigger the towel the more resistance your forearms will go through. All you have to do is attach it to the machine or weights and pull with the towel. The more thicker the towel, the more resistance your forearms will take and harder your forearms will have to work to move the weight from A to B.
